Grandpa gave us a scare. He went home from the cabin Friday night with a screaming headache. He had Brian and Steve (who was in town fixing up his rental house) give him a blessing. They urged him to go to the hospital. He and Grandma went and after many tests he was admitted. He has Temporal Arteritis. A whopping dose of prednisone should help! We are glad he is okay! We decided to scale back the Smith family Weeenie Roast to a backyard BBQ at Brian's as we were not sure when Dad would be released from the hospital. A few of our favorites were able to join us too!
Uncle Dave and Aunt Carolyn, my parents favorites. Also Cousin Julie and Jay along with all of the in-town Davis kids. It was fantastic!
My cousin Angie brought her newborn baby twins and her other 4 kiddos too.
