Look who's 12 years old! It's Abizella's first trip to the temple. These two make me so happy. Pops has had this day marked on the calendar for more than a year.

Maine Sailing Adventures

With Glama here to babysit, Pops and Superkid took their leave to head up to Maine for the annual Scout Sailing trip aka- Superkid's favorite summer time fun.

10 Year Old In The House!

This kid is intense. When he does birthdays, he is hard core. He knows exactly what he wants. He plans it out all year long. It is always specific, special order (usually Japan), and limited edition. And when it comes to present time, this kid is prepared. He's not going to let his brothers and sisters knock him senseless when it comes to, "heavy, heavy hang-over thy poor head" time. 

It's present time, BRING IT.

10 FANTASTIC YEARS!

And here are 10 things that I love about you Tad!
1. I love how you have to wear a white shirt and a suit to church every week.
2. I love that you are a card-carrying member of the Federalist Society.
3. I love how you are the supreme expert of whatever you are interested in at the moment. Whether it is Pokemon, Mine Craft, Star Wars or Transformers. You know every little detail about it.
4. You are a design guru. You can build anything from Legos. I'm not talking run-of-the-mill kid design. I'm talking about expertly designed Lego Transformers that can transform into 3 different modes and combine together to form one giant Transformer. You really are impressive.
5. While you may be a picky eater, you never are rude about a meal you dislike. Rather, you smile and say, "Hmmmmm, homemade mac and cheese, how interesting."
6. You have a true testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. You are quick to share it and are very sensitive to feeling the Holy Ghost and listening to promptings.
7. You are an early bird and at bed time fall asleep in an instant- just like me. You and I are the first ones up. I love to give you a morning hug and kiss and spend the best moments of the day with you.
8. You are regimented with your time. You come downstairs every morning fully dressed for school, including shoes, coat and back pack. You brush your teeth and grab an iPad all within 5 minutes of waking up and usually before 6:00 a.m. When it gets closer to the time you leave for school, you make sure LC is ready to go too. You wake him up and bark orders until he is ready to go too. You have never been late to anything in your life.
9. You have a crazy funny sense of humor and always have something witty to say.
10. You have a true heart. You may think you love me more than I love you but that is impossible. You are my baby and I love you forever! I'm so happy that you are mine.
