Mallows, Franks and Fires

I'm pretty sure Pop's favorite part of the trip is the Beach Fire. 

I'm so happy we secured a permit for the Head of the Meadows tonight!

Our poor poor Tad. He wasn't keen on getting his picture taken in his face-gobbled state. He was looking pretty rough. But this is the closest I could get.

It really was the perfect night complete with sand dogs and camp songs. 

I love my people. 

I love summer. 

I love the Cape!

We got rained out over night. We packed up early and I enjoyed a ride home in the back seat with the boys. Jaws did a read- aloud of Green Eggs and Ham and LC read The Wimpy kids books. We also played with Jaws' Toob of Sharks. This is my favorite was to kick off summer!
