Uncle Brian and Aunt Jenny showed up bright and early Thanksgiving Eve with our favorite New England treat, Dunkin Donuts!
Lots of them.
Operation "Stretch Our Stomachs" has commenced!
After that it was a matter of keeping these crazy goons busy so the men-folk could do some cooking!
We played Battleship, Connect Four, Stone Soup...
Uno, Monopoly...
While Pops, Uncle Brian and Superkid started to prepare our feast.
Uncle Brian started by chopping and roasting his pumpkin...
Superkid answered by cracking open his can.
It was a rainy day and with the competition getting thick in the kitchen and the kids going coo-coo in the house, Aunt Jenny and I decided to take the kids over to the hotel pool to blow off some steam.
It turned out that our pool trip turned into a "Plan B" McDonald's Play Land trip. The pool was closed, but there is nothing like french fries and Sprite to save the day!
Then we headed back home to compile our list of 100 things we are thankful for. With this gracious crowd, that took about 5 minutes.
We next pulled out the clay to form our favorite Thanksgiving inspired sculptures.

With all that Nor' Easter rain, we decided we better heat things up with some S'mores!
They hit the spot!
Good idea, right?!
Right!
It was pretty much the perfect day.
